An official Netvibes Platform forum exists for you to ask question and get support from the team and users.

About the Platform

Components

The Platform is divided into three mains parts, all released under the LGPL license:

  • JavaScript Runtime: A set of JavaScript components, forming the client-side core code for running UWA widgets. The runtime lets you run UWA widgets on your own system.
  • Exposition PHP Libraries: Exposition is the server-side implementation of UWA, a set of libraries (Parser, Widget Server, Data Proxy, Container) allowing you to handle server operation yourself rather than relying on Netvibes.
  • Exposition Widget Server: The Widget Server is an extensible application displaying UWA widgets in differents formats. It comprises the UWA compilers for all supported platforms, which can serve as inspiration for other platforms.
